This site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking pixels. Its one form, the demo request, is described below.
Who is responsible
Ristantis Unipessoal, LDA, operating from Lisbon, Portugal, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@ristantis.com.
Website visits
Ristantis does not set cookies and does not operate analytics or advertising tools on this website. Images and video are served from the site itself, not from a third-party player. The site is hosted on infrastructure operated for Ristantis, while Cloudflare provides the domain’s DNS only: it does not proxy the site’s traffic and keeps no request logs for the site. The site’s web server logs the IP address and browser (user agent) of each request for security and keeps them for up to 5 weeks, after which they are rotated out.
Demo requests
When you send the “Book a demo” form, Ristantis Unipessoal, LDA stores what you typed: company, business email, name, SAP software landscape, number of plants and your main manufacturing challenge, with the time it was sent and your tick on the privacy box. Nothing else is stored with the request: not your IP address and not your browser details. As for any visit (see Website visits above), the web server logs record your IP address with each request, including the form’s, and keep it, with your browser details, for up to 5 weeks for security.
It is used only to answer your request and arrange the demo you asked for; the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and Ristantis’ legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. Only Ristantis sees it; it is not shared with anyone else. It is stored on the infrastructure that hosts this site and is deleted after 12 months, unless it has become an ongoing business relationship. A hidden field and short-lived limits protect the form from automated spam; they do not identify you.
If you contact Ristantis Unipessoal, LDA by email, your message, address and any information you include will be used to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship. Email is processed by the providers used by you and Ristantis.
Retention and sharing
Business correspondence is retained only for as long as it is useful for the enquiry, relationship or applicable legal obligations. It is not sold or used for advertising. Information may be shared with professional advisers or service providers only where needed to operate the business or comply with law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, or request data portability. Email hello@ristantis.com to make a request.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the website, hosting or business processes change. The current date will always appear on this page.
